Our athletes divisions represent the wide spectrum of athletes we serve. Click on the divisions below to better help you understand what division to sign up for. Please know that these guidelines will not tell you everything to expect but are general standards.
Our Masters divisions are competitive divisions and definitely not for beginning 40+ athletes. Please know if you are a 50+ athlete looking at the standards below, we do scale them fairly and appropriately, which means you will most likely see less weight than the 40-49 year olds and less testing of the higher skill movements.
Please note that if you have competed with us before, we do our best to program fair and challenging workouts for all divisions.
