5 Front Squats
AMRAP Deadlifts in the remaining time

Athletes pick their own weights. Weights must be done in increments of 5lbs. Collars must be used. The higher the score, the better.

Score = total weight of front squat.number of deadlift reps 
**THE DEADLIFT ACTS AS A TIEBREAKER**

EXAMPLE: 

Athlete completes 5 front squats at 250lbs and then completes 17 deadlifts in the remaining time

Their individual score would be 250.17

*for single digit numbers on the deadlifts (like 250lbs plus 5 reps), you would enter 250.05

If on a team, both athletes will add their scores together for ONE TEAM SCORE.

So if the second athlete does 185lbs and 20 deadlifts, the TEAM SCORE would be those two scores added together, or 435.37

On 3,2,1, Go, the athlete will take the loaded barbell off the rack (or the ground if desired) and complete 5 front squats without re-racking or dropping the weight.

They will then drop the bar and complete as many deadlifts in the remaining time. Their score is their weight lifted.number of deadlifts completed. Team scores are both individuals added together.

If athletes do not keep their weights in increments of 5lbs, we will round down to the nearest 5lbs.

FRONT SQUAT

The athlete starts with the barbell in the front rack standing up. They will squat with their hips falling below their knee crease and stand straight back up with knees and hips fully extended, feet in line. They must complete 5 reps without re-racking the weight or dropping the weight to the ground.

DEADLIFT

This is a traditional deadlift with the hands outside the knees. Sumo deadlifts are not allowed. Starting at the floor, the barbell is lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with the shoulders behind the bar. The arms must be straight throughout.

HOW TO SUBMIT SCORES

SCORES ARE DUE 9/19 AT 9PM CST

Here are the steps to submit scores:

1.Go to https://www.conquestevents.net/login

2.Log in: enter your username or email and your password.
*If your password is not coming through or you’ve forgotten it, you can click on the Forgot password button below in the login page https://www.conquestevents.net/login

3.Select the event you are competing in.

4.Go to the ACTIVITIES tab, and select the workout you want to track. Then your name should come up.

*If you see your name, but you can’t click on the field where the score should be inputted (it’s blocked), most probably you’re not logged into your account. Go to the login page https://www.conquestevents.net/login

5.Enter your score on the right part of the screen.

6.Upload your picture and/or video if required by clicking on the correct icon.
*Here you’ll find instructions on how to upload your video to YouTube: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/57407?hl=en. You need to set it to PUBLIC, otherwise judges won’t be able to watch it.

7.Click on the checkmark to save your score, and you’re done! Your scores will be automatically reflected on the leaderboard. To access the leaderboard, you can either select the RESULTS tab or click on the icon on the top right corner of the screen.

 *If you want to edit your score, follow the same steps.
