Power Hour

BETA TEST FORMAT

  • Teams of 4, same gender in Super Scaled, Scaled, and Rx Divisions
  • 60 Minutes to complete 12 scored events
  • 4 Strength Events, 4 “AMRAP” Events, and 4 “For Time” Events
  • Teams decide the order of their workouts
  • Each team gets a set amount of equipment, a space to complete all workouts, and a judge
  • All workouts must be completed 1 at a time, with the exception of one workout which will not need a judge present
  • Team’s roster can be changed anytime before the competition. No need to inform us of changes

STRENGTH EVENTS

*Athletes will order themselves 1-4 for these 4 events

STRENGTH EVENT 1: 

Weight of Lift Athlete 1 +  Weight of Lift Athlete 2

STRENGTH EVENT 2:

Any 2 Athletes: Weight of each athlete’s lift added together

STRENGTH EVENT 3: 

Remaining 2 Athletes from Event 2: Weight of each athlete’s lift added together

STRENGTH EVENT 4: 

Weight of Lift Athlete 3 +  Weight of Lift Athlete 4


AMRAP EVENTS

AMRAP EVENT 1:

Team will choose 1 Athlete to complete the event

AMRAP EVENT 2:

Team will choose any 2 Athletes to complete the event

AMRAP EVENT 3:

Team will choose any 3 Athletes to complete the event

AMRAP EVENT 4:

All 4 Athletes will complete the event


FOR TIME EVENTS

FOR TIME EVENT 1:

Team will choose 1 Athlete to complete the event

FOR TIME EVENT 2:

Team will choose any 2 Athletes to complete the event

FOR TIME EVENT 3:

Team will choose any 3 Athletes to complete the event

FOR TIME EVENT 4:

All 4 Athletes will complete the event
